Ubiquiti's radio module offering includes the XtreamRange and SuperRange series. The models that make up the XtreamRange line are XR3, XR5, XR7, and XR9, which differ in the supported frequency and the offered range. The XR5 model provides a peak range of up to 300 km. The XR5 is the most popular module among all XtreamRange devices.

The second part of Ubiquiti's radio module offering consists of SuperRange devices, which include the SR4, SR5, SR9, SR71E, SR71-15, SR71-A, and SR9 models.

The miniPCI cards are based on the Atheros AR9220 chipset with DFS support. This is a highly efficient radio module that operates at a 5 GHz frequency, ensuring strong signal retention even in the most advanced configurations. Due to the use of technologies compliant with the IEEE 802.11 a/n standard, the SR71-15 can transmit data at speeds up to 300 MB/s, with a power of up to 500mW, enabling radio links over distances greater than 50 km.

Among the most popular cards in the SuperRange series are the SR71E, SR71-15, and SR5.
