- FPP licenses (BOX) - a standard boxed version of the software, chosen most often by home users.
Microsoft has also categorized licenses based on the scope of software usage, distinguishing the following types:
- Commercial licenses - for companies and enterprises.
- Educational licenses - for educational and scientific entities.
- Nonprofit licenses
